1. Acceptance

By downloading and using the Blixart application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Service Description

Blixart is an iOS application that uses artificial intelligence technology to transform your photos into artistic themes. The App offers the following services:

• Photo transformation (20+ artistic themes)
• AI-powered photo enhancement
• AI hairstyle transformation
• Saving and sharing transformed photos

3. User Obligations

As a user, you agree to:

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
• Upload only photos you own or have permission to use
• Not use the App to create malicious or illegal content
• Not interfere with the App's technical infrastructure or reverse-engineer it
• Not create content that infringes on the rights of others

4. Intellectual Property

• App: The Blixart application, its design, code, and content are protected by copyright.
• User Content: You retain rights to photos you upload. You may use AI-generated outputs for personal and commercial purposes.
• AI Outputs: Blixart does not claim any rights over transformed images produced by the App.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

• Free Usage: The App can be downloaded for free with a limited number of daily transformations.
• Diamond System: In-app diamonds can be purchased for additional transformations.
• Premium Subscription: Weekly and yearly auto-renewable subscription plans are available.
• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal Charge: Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management & Cancellation: Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions after purchase.
• Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
• Refunds: Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy.

6. Disclaimer

• The App is provided "as is." No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation is given.
• The quality and accuracy of AI-generated results are not guaranteed.
• Photo processing times may vary.
• Blixart is not responsible for content created by users through the App.

7. Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data. You can use the in-app settings section or contact us via email for account deletion. When your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed.

8. Service Changes

Blixart may, with or without prior notice:

• Modify or update App features
• Add new themes or remove existing ones
• Update pricing (existing subscriptions will not be affected)
• Temporarily or permanently suspend the service

9. Prohibited Uses

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Creating illegal, obscene, or harmful content
• Using photos of others without their consent
• Creating fake or misleading content
• Using the App with automated bots or scripts
• Using the service in a way that prevents others from using it

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of any dispute, Turkish courts shall have jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or on this page. Continuing to use the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
